New Lodge Name and Totem - and First Lodge Flap

Brothers, In our progress as merging our lodges, we have chosen a totem at our last LEC and the saber tooth tigerwas selected. Our corresponding lodge name is Tuku'ut. We are receiving lodge flaps ideas for our first flapwe need them by our next LEC which will be on April 20th. Lodge Merger Process

Fellow GLAAC OA Brothers,  

     To kick off our Merger Process the LEC Members of both Lodges met in November to begin to talk about the Merger and Steps needed in order to be a Fully Merged Lodge. So far our Lodge has chosen the Names for our Officers and their command relative to the chief. Our Officers will be as follows the Lodge Chief, the Executive Vice Chief, the Vice Chief of Communications (Secretary), the Vice Chief of Finance (Treasurer), the Vice Chief of Membership (Brotherhood), the Vice Chief of Service, the Vice Chief of Induction (Ordeal), and an appointed Vice Chief of Camping Promotion. Also we decided our Chief and LEC officers will be elected at our Fellowship Weekend (Potlatch) which is planned to take place close to the end...

Ta Tanka 2015 Trade-O-Ree

Ta Tanka Lodge will host its 2015 Trade-O-Ree on Saturday December 12 from 8 AM to 4 PM. The silent auction starts at 9 AM and the live auction at 1 PM.The event will be held atSt. Mark's Lutheran Church2323 Las LomitasHacienda Heights, CAMore information on the Trade-O-Ree flyerArrowmen who are interested in helping should be there about 6:30 AM to help set up.

University of Scouting Service Project

On Saturday December 5th we will be helping with the OA Cafe and logistics for the University of Scouting. If you are working with the OA please let your Chapter know you will be helping and show up that morning at 6:30 AM. The project should be finished by 4 PM. Popcorn Distribution Service Project

On Saturday November 14th join your fellow Arrowmen in a morning of fun and service to the Council as we help distribute popcorn orders to units. Time - 7 AM to Noon. Place - 2392 Bateman Avenue, Irwindale, CA 91010. See you there.
